The Court of Appeals partially upheld the appeal of HCA Vanadzor
10:40, November 16, 2016 | News, Own newsToday, on November 15, 2016, the RA Administrative Court of Appeals partially upheld the appeal of HCA Vanadzor and reversed the RA Administrative Court’s judgment of March 22, 2016 on HCA Vanadzor v. RA National Security Service by which it rejected HCA Vanadzor’s claim on compelling the National Security Service under the RA Government to provide the requested information by considering such information as constituting state secret.
The court ruling was modified as on Para. 1.1.7 and 1.1.10 of the inquiry by compelling the RA NSS to provide the information requested under those paragraphs.
These paragraphs respectively relate to introducing to RA the international practices of video recording the questionings and creating special rooms for questioning minor witnesses and victims.
