Hearing on examination of appeal under Karen Kyupelyan’s case not held

Khachatryan, had to resume examination of the appeal of Karen Kyupelyan’s representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, HCA Vanadzor Yerevan Office lawyer. Note that by the appeal above, T. Siradeghyan required to annul RA SIS Senior Investigator for High-Profile Cases A. Ohanyan’s decree of October 19, 2015 on not initiating criminal prosecution.
However, the court hearing did not take place since presiding judge A. Khachatryan was transferred to another court.
Note that back on November 1, 2007, at about 6 pm, RA National Security Service officers E. N. and H. M. and another RA NSS employee apprehended K. Kyupelyan by his own vehicle from Zvartnots Airport to the administrative premises of RA NSS. He was kept there for almost a day till November 2, 2007, at about 5 pm.
