Compulsory Enforcement Service officers asked for some time to get familiar with the appeal

Petrosyan, resumed examination of Anush Poghosyan’s appeal of the judicial act made by the General Jurisdiction Court of Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts of Yerevan city, RA, as a result of verifying the lawfulness of the RA Special Investigation Service investigator for high-profile cases S. Avetisyan’s decree on not initiating criminal prosecution and discontinuing criminal proceedings.
The appeal was examined in the presence of plaintiff A. Poghosyan’s representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, and 4 officers of Avan and Nor-Nork Division of the RA MoJ Compulsory Enforcement Service, notified by the Court as interested persons.
The RA MoJ Compulsory Enforcement Service Avan and Nor-Nork Division officers said they were not familiar with the lower court’s ruling and appeal against it and asked the Court for some time to get familiar to them and express their positions.
The plaintiff’s representative did not object to it.
Having examined the motion, the Court ruled to grant it and gave the interested persons the opportunity to get familiar with the judicial act and appeal.
The examination will be resumed on March 9, 2017, 1 pm.
