Court upheld the claim on Rustam Ghazaryan’s case

On December 23, 2015, the General Jurisdiction Court of Avan and Nor-Nork administrative districts announced its judgment on Rustam Ghazaryan’s case upholding the claim of Rustam Ghazaryan and his representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, HCA Vanadzor Yerevan Office lawyer. Note that by the claim above, R. Ghazaryan and his representative required to restore R. Ghazaryan’s violated rights by cancelling his registration with the RA MoH Republican Narcological Center CJSC as a drug user and removing all the relevant medical records.
