The company conducting the construction works is to be involved as a third party in the examination of the claim to cease the construction works at Vanadzor’s Artsakh Park
18:28, May 18, 2018 | News, Own newsToday, on May 18, 2018, the examination of the claim filed by Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor pertaining to ceasing the construction works at Vanadzor’s Artsakh Park started at the Vanadzor Residence of the RA Administrative Court.
HCA Vanadzor applied to the court on January 24, 2018, when Mayor of Vanadzor Mamikon Aslanyan did not see any grounds for ceasing the construction works being conducted at the park considered as a monument without the agreement of the Ministry of Culture and the Regional Administration of Lori Province.
HCA Vanadzor applied to the Mayor of Vanadzor with the claim to cease the construction works twice: on November 15, 2017 and December 9. The Organization received a rejection in both of the cases.
Today, Hayk Hakobyan, who is the representative of the claimant, namely HCA Vanadzor, presented the grounds and essence of the claim. The court asked questions regarding that, and then, taking into consideration the fact that the submitted claim refers to the rights of others, in particular to the rights of G & M LLC, the company conducting the construction works, ruled to involve the latter as a third party.
Afterwards, Suren Abovyan, the representative of the Municipality of Vanadzor, presented his observations and other evidence to be examined by the court.
The parties did not have any other motions.
The court considered the case as prepared for trial.
