Petrosyan, held a next-in-turn pre-trial hearing on Rustam Ghazaryan v Republican Narcological Center CJSC‘. Note that the previous pre-trial hearing on this case was adjourned so that the Court might receive the original copies of the documents submitted under the plaintiff’s representative T. Siradeghyan and send a retro-notification to the respondent party. Despite proper notification by the Court, the representative of the respondent, RA MoH Republican Narcological Center CJSC, did not attend the hearing. The plaintiff’s representative T. Siradeghyan did not object to holding the hearing without the former. The documents requested by a motion at the previous hearing were submitted to the Court and the plaintiff’s representative got familiar with them and they were then announced at the hearing. The documents above revealed that R. Ghazaryan learnt about his registration at the RA MoH Republican Narcological Center CJSC almost a year later, in May 2014 and on May 19 first visited the Center to withdraw him from the registration. Upon examination of the documents, the plaintiff’s representative, T. Siradeghyan noted that she had no other evidence or statements on the case and found that the Court might proceed to trial. Presiding judge A. Petrosyan considered the case ready for trial examination. The trial is scheduled for November 9, 2015, at 3: 30 pm.
