In its response letter, the RA NSS stated that on May 21, 2015 Shant Voskerichyan (Jean Baptist Ozkirisyan) was denied entry to the Republic of Armenia under Article 8(1)(f) of the RA Law on Foreigners, i.e. “Foreigner shall be denied visa (visa extension), and the visa shall be considered invalid or their entry to the Republic of Armenia shall be prohibited, if /…/ he/she poses serious threats to the national security or public order in the Republic of Armenia or other threats whatsoever /… /.
We assume that the RA NSS has well-grounded bases for such legal qualification, which, if required, must be submitted personally to Shant Voskerichyan or his authorized person.
