As of 10:40 am, a stranger brought to polling station 34/21 in Gyumri some food in a box with a note ‘Balasanyan Alliance’ and handed it over to the chairperson of the electoral commission.

As of 10:13 am, a proxy of ‘Balasanyan Alliance’ at the polling station above made some notes in his/her lists and guided the voters by giving small pieces of papers with some notes.

The chairperson of the electoral commission took no measures in response to the observer’s signal.

A letter on the incidents above was submitted to the commission of electoral district № 34.
