Representative of RA Special Investigation Service did not attend the court hearing

Baghdasaryan, had a scheduled pre-trial court hearing on the case of HCA Vanadzor v. the RA Special Investigation Service with the requirement to compel the latter to provide the required information.
The court hearing was attended by Tatevik Siradeghyan, HCA Vanadzor lawyer, authorized to act on behalf of the Organization by Artur Sakunts, Chairman of the Organization.
Presiding judge K. Baghdasaryan stated that the Court had duly notified the parties to the trial of the date and time of the hearing, but had not received any confirmation of the receipt of the Court notification by the defendant.
The plaintiff’s representative stated that in view of the above, it was necessary to adjourn the court hearing to ensure the due notification of the defendant party.
Guided by the provisions of the RA Code of Administrative Procedure, the Court decreed to adjourn the pre-trial court hearing by scheduling it on April 6, 2016, at 3 pm.
Note that the Organization sent an inquiry to V. Shahinyan, Head of the RA Special Investigation Service requesting information on the criminal cases investigated by the RA Special Investigation Service under Article 119, Article 309(2) and (3) and Article 341 of the RA Criminal Code. However, the RA Special Investigation Service failed to provide the requested information. Nor has the Organization received any answer to its administrative claim submitted on April 29, 2015 with the requirement to compel the SIS to provide the information requested.
