17:37, July 3, 2015 | News, Own newsJuly 2, 2015, 5 pm, was the scheduled time for the examination at the RA Criminal Court of Appeal of the appeal filed by Artur Sakunts, Chairman of HCA Vanadzor and Pnjik Teroyan against the RA Yerevan Arabkir and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts General Jurisdiction Court ruling of May 19. At the appointed time, representative of HCA Vanadzor Ani Chatinyan and Pnjik Teroyan appeared before the Court; however, they were informed that the Court had some problem with the computer. Also, the Court had no electricity, and had learnt that it would be off at 4-6 pm on that day.
Therefore, the Court adjourned the hearing. Despite such allegations, the HCA Vanadzor representative Ani Chatinyan and Pnjik Teroyan saw that the electronic timetable board light in the Court passage was on and Pnjik Teroyan asked loudly how the board light was on if the electricity was off. Just at the moment she asked it, the timetable board light went off, and the people in court said they actually had no electricity. Note that Pnjik Teroyan, resident of Vanadzor, who consulted the HCA Vanadzor, said that back on April 4, 2012, she had reported a crime to the RA Police.
The Vanadzor city Taron Investigation Division of the RA Police Lori Marz (region) Investigation Department initiated a criminal case based on the report. P. Teroyan claimed that the investigator had committed numerous violations during the investigative actions; particularly, by involving police officers and non-existent persons as attesting witnesses. The HCA Vanadzor will be notified of the next court hearing.
