This time the hearing on Sari Tagh protesters’ case was not attended by prosecutor
12:32, March 15, 2017 | News, Own news | Sasna TsrerToday, the RA General Jurisdiction Court of Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts again postponed the court hearing on the case of Sari Tagh protest participants Hrachya Boyajyan, Arman Adamyan and Zhora Avetisyan.
This time, the reason was the absence of the prosecutor.
The next court hearing is scheduled for March 27, 2017, at 12:30 pm.
Note that the protest participants were charged under Article 316(2) of the RA Criminal Code (using violence against police officers, throwing at them stones and other items).
A number of court hearings have been postponed due to the absence of either the public defenders, or other parties to the trial.
