Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor carries out a long-term monitoring of local elections in Vanadzor and Gyumri. At this stage of the monitoring, the observers meet the representatives of the headquarters and candidates of the nominated parties, attend and observe meetings, hold interviews with the meeting participants and record violations.

We look forward to cooperation with representatives of the parties, meeting participants and other stakeholders to identify violations of the electoral law and take consistent approaches.

HCA Vanadzor issues regular publications on the violations identified at this stage of the monitoring.
