On June 18, 2015, Artur Sakunts, Chairman of the Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor sent his second inquiry to the Head of the RA National Security Service requiring to specify the paragraph of Article 8, RA Law on Foreigners pointed to the Coordinator of the Armenian Revival Organization office in Paris and Founding Parliament member Shant Voskerchyan (Jean Baptist Ozkirisyan) by the RA National Security Service in the evening of May 21, 2015 denying him entry to the Republic of Armenia.

It is also noteworthy that the RA National Security Service kept Shant Voskerichyan for 12 hours at the Zvartnots Airport and then forcibly sent him back to France.

In its response letter to the first inquiry of the Organization, the RA National Security Service stated that Shant Voskerchyan (Jean Baptist Ozkirisyan) was denied entry to the Republic of Armenia under Article 8, RA Law on Foreigners.
