As reported before by ArmLur.am, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor stated that Mihran Stepanyan’s family alerted that the police had apprehended him from the area near ‘Rossia’ cinema house in Yerevan to Arabkir Division of the RA Police Yerevan City Department on the pretext that he was on his way to the assembly venue in Khorenatsi Street. In his interview to ArmLur.am, Zohrab Yeganyan, Press Spokesman for the Human Rights Defender’s Office, stated that the apprehended person was released.
