Court granted conscript’s claim; the CMC’s decision on giving deferment of 10 months to be annulled

Today, on July 28, 2017 the RA Administrative Court, presided by judge K. Baghdasaryan, announced its judgment after examination of conscript Hovhannes Mosyan’s claim against the RA Central Medical Commission’s decision.
Hovhannes Mosyan and his representative Tatevik Siradeghyan, lawyer at Yerevan office of HCA Vanadzor, demanded to annul the CMC’s decision on granting the conscript a deferment of 10 months and apply another clause of the RA Defense Minister’s Decree № 410-N of April 8, 2013 providing for a deferment of 3 years, considering his health problems.
By its judgment announced today, the Court granted the claim.
The RA Central Medical Commission’s decision №37-58/9937 on granting a deferment of 10 months of January 21, 2016 will be annulled.
