Salaries of the staff of ‘Lori RCM’ CJSC owned by S. Darbinyan, former mayor of Vanadzor, delayed for months; they are going to apply to the Prime Minister

For months, ‘Lori RCM’ CJSC owned by S. Darbinyan, former Mayor of Vanadzor, has not paid salaries to some of its staff.
This was signaled by 3 employees of the Company who contacted HCA Vanadzor. They said they had been employed by the Company since 2007. Starting from 2015, the payment of the salaries was delayed and as of today various employees of the Company have not received their salaries for several months.
Ashot Kartashyan, former employee at ‘Lori RCM’ CJSC, told us that his salary had not been paid to him for a total of 5 months and some other employees had not received yet even their salaries for some months of 2014-2015 but raised their voices only now as the Company’s owner Samvel Darbinyan is no longer the Mayor.

Arayik Vardanyan, director of the Company gives a vague answer, “There are no funds and we don’t know when there’ll be any.”
The Company’s staff twice applied to Lori Region Governor (marzpet) who met their request once and then refused to do so any more on the pretext that the solution to the problem was beyond his powers.
A group of current and former staff of ‘Lori RCM’ CJSC are going to send a letter on unpaid salaries to RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan.
