To ensure protection of the rights of conscripts, the HCA Vanadzor will continue during the pre-call-up and call-up periods of 2015 to provide the conscripts and their families with legal assistance, namely legal advice, drafting necessary documents, conducting relevant surveys, etc. Also, every conscript with health problems, who disagrees with the medical commission opinions on their state of health, may consult the Organization. The Organization will ensure that a medical expert studies their medical examination results and issues relevant medical opinions for the conscripts to challenge the legality of the decision to declare them fit for military service. Every conscript, who believes that his rights have been violated, may get free legal assistance by consulting the HCA Vanadzor (address: 59, Tigran Mets St, Vanadzor) every day from 9:30 am to 6:30pm or calling the HCA Vanadzor Coordinator of Peacebuilding Department, Armine Sadikyan /0322/ 4 22 68 or free hotline 0 8000 12 11 and contacting by e-mail below asadikyan@hcav.am.
