Note that at the previous hearing, the counter-appellant Taron Siradeghyan’s legal representative Tatevik Siradeghyan motioned the Court to summon and question 3 other participants of the rally as witnesses, and the hearing was adjourned due to the end of the business day. The hearing of September 23, 2015 was attended by the defendant and counter-plaintiff T. Siradeghyan, his legal representative, Avag Sargsyan involved as a witness following the counter-plaintiff’s motion and Artur Karapetyan, police officer in 2nd brigade of 1st battalion, RA Police, involved as a witness by the Court. Aida Demirkhanyan, legal representative of the plaintiff and counter-defendant RA Police did not attend the hearing on reasonable excuse. Both T. Siradeghyan’s representative and presiding judge H. Siradeghyan’s representative insisted on her previous motion to question 2 more witnesses noting that they had some information on the exact time when T. Siradeghyan left the Kentron Division, RA Police Yerevan Department. The Court upheld the motion and ruled to summon witnesses Arsen Adamyan and Andranik Hovhannisyan at the following court hearing. The court hearing was adjourned till November 10, 2015, 2:30 pm.
