HCA Vanadzor also took part in the Civil Society Day celebration in Vanadzor

This year, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor also took part in the celebration of the Civil Society Day event initiated by the NGO Center.
In Vanadzor, the Civil Society Day is celebrated since 2011. This year it was entitled: “We are civil society”.
The event held in Sayat-Nova Park in Vanadzor was attended by over 40 NGOs from Lori, Tavush and Shirak regions (marzes) and representatives of public and international organizations and the mass media. At the event, the organizations and active youth groups also gave master classes related to their activity fields.

HCA Vanadzor presented thematic materials, flags symbolizing human rights, reports on various fields of the Organization’s activities and other information materials.

Along with the master classes on human rights and human rights protection mechanisms, the HCA Vanadzor volunteers made various origami figures and taught others to make such figures.
