HCA Vanadzor Filed a Crime Report on Ballot Stuffing During Referendum

HCA Vanadzor filed a crime report to the RA Prosecutor General’s Office and RA Special Investigation Service on the ballot stuffing and casting votes instead of absent persons during the referendum and particularly expressed doubts that such electoral frauds were especially most probable at polling stations with a voter turnout of 50-100%.
