At polling station № 29/8 in Vanadzor, there was “yes” written on a paper posted in a prominent place on the wall in front of the present members of the electoral commission and “absent” in front of those absent. HCA Vanadzor consider the appearance of the word “yes” in a prominent place visible to everybody at the polling station an apparent election campaigning. And on the polling day, any campaigning is prohibited.
