To the question of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor, “Are you for or against the RA’s membership to the Customs Union?” Hermine Naghdalyan replied via the following message sent to HCA Vanadzor’s official e-mail address:
“Dear Mr. Sakunts,
In response to your inquiry whether or not we are for the membership of the Republic of Armenia to the Customs Union, I inform you that I have repeatedly expressed my disposition regarding that subject via Mass Media during various interviews and discussions.
