Leo Platvoet: “I believe that my report will be accepted both in Azerbaijan and Armenia”

He noted that during his visit to Baku he called the relevant state commissions of both countries to cooperation. “I do not know how precisely my recommendations are fulfilled, I am not informed about it”. However, I closely cooperated with both commissions while preparing my report, therefore I believe in its approval. As APA was informed in the information office of CoE in Baku, L. Platvoet is planning to visit Baku at the end of October-beginning of November. It should be noted that L. Platvoet is also a member of a series of PACE organizations, Committee on equal opportunities for women and men, Subcommittee on migration. At present he is the Alternate of Mr Pieter OMTZIGT in the Committee on the Environment, Agriculture and Local and Regional Affairs, Alternate of Mrs. Jelleke VEENENDAAL in the Sub-Committee on Local and Regional Democracy and Alternate of Mrs. Annette NIJS in the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Population.
