As information agency REGNUM was informed in the press service of General Prosecutor’s office of Armenia, during the visit of Aghvan Hovsepyan went to Samtskhe-Javakheti (Region of Georgia populated with Armenians) where he met his Georgian colleague Zurab Adeishvili. David Sargsyan, prosecutor of Shirak region of Armenia and prosecutors of Akhalkalaki and Samtskhe-Javakheti participated in the meeting, too. Prosecutors of cross-border regions of the two Republics reached an agreement in the sphere of struggling against criminality.
Prosecutor General of Armenia held meetings in Batumi. During the meeting with the minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia Vano Merabishvili, head of administration of Ajaria, vice-speaker of the Parliament of Georgia issues of bilateral cooperation in legal field were discussed.
