Ruben Hayrapetyan Asks HCA-Vanadzor to Answer to the People of Lori Region”
00:00, October 25, 2011 | Announcements | Right to Fair Trial | Local DemocracyRuben Hayrapetyan Asks HCA-Vanadzor to Answer to the People of Lori Region”Responding to the October 14, 2011 statement of the FFA President, HCA Vanadzor said: the “FFA President was not informed about the lawsuit until recently and after keeping silent for almost a year, he suddenly remembered that HCA Vanadzor had filed lawsuit.”
The HCA-Vanadzor is then expressing puzzlement over the FFA President’s “belated” statement and displaying “firm” logic, considers it an execution of a directive from the president and an extension of a dirty campaign against the organization.
Concerning the “belated” response, HCA Vanadzor, as a plaintiff, should know best that the FFA was not initially engaged as a party to the lawsuitbut was later recognized as a third party by the court and the first court hearing with FFA’s participation was in August of this year. Moreover, even if their arguments were real, one needs a very vivid imagination to consider a “belated” statement, a directive from the presidential office.
It is obvious that in this case, HCA Vanadzor confuses desirable for reality. With HCA-Vanadzor’s response, it simply wants to add an image of “a persecuted victim of the presidential office” to its image of a “human rights activist”, and thus distract public from the real intentions of its “right protection” activity.
In conclusion I want to advise the administration of the HCA Vanadzor, to not think about what they should answer to me, as FFA President, but to think about what they should answer to the people of Lori Region, on whose behalf they are conducting their “right protection” activity.
I should add that I will vote with both hands for all the evaluations that the local population will give to the activities of HCA-Vanadzor.
