Senior Investigator Taron Tadevosyan’s Case Hearing Adjourned

Harutyunyan, held a regular hearing on the case of Taron Tadevosyan, Senior Investigator at the Vanadzor City Taron Investigation Unit, Lori Marz Investigation Division, RA Police General Investigation Department. The hearing was attended by the defendant T. Tadevosyan, his legal representative R. Hakobyan and prosecutor Hayk Petrosyan. At the trial examination stage, T. Tadevosyan’s legal representative R. Hakobyan presented a series of evidence refuting the fact of the crime. Hence, the trial examination stage ended, and the Court passed to the hearing of arguments. The Parties asked for extra time to prepare their arguments. The court hearing was adjourned till September 23, 2015, 12 pm. Note that back on March 17, 2014, Taron Tadevosyan inspected a garage. According to its owner, no witnesses were involved in the inspection, and the investigator signed on their behalf; moreover, in the RA, there are no persons with the names and surnames of the so-called witnesses. The HCA Vanadzor filed a crime report with V. Shahinyan, Head of the RA Special Investigation Service, and consequently, criminal proceedings were initiated.
