SIS terminated the case of Hayk Movsisyan who died in NKR investigatory isolation ward

Today HCA Vanadzor received a note from the RA Special Investigatory Service regarding the motion over a demand to recognize Hayk Movsisyan’s mother as his legal successor.
As previously informed, HCA Vanadzor had submitted a motion over a demand to recognize Hayk Movsisyan’s mother as his legal successor. At this point, by responding to the motion, the RA SIS informs that not only the motion was not discussed in the RA SIS, but moreover, with December 10, 2013 decision the proceedings of the criminal case filed over Hayk Movsisyan’s death was closed.
