The appeal against Serzh Sargsyan’s decision to join the Customs Union is in the Court of Appeals
12:44, January 9, 2014 | News, Own newsBy discussing the claim of taking into proceedings the appeal against November 27, 2013 decree of the RA Administrative Court submitted by Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly Vanadzor, the RA Administrative Court of Appeals decided to the take the appeal filed by the Organization into proceedings.
In its decision the RA Administrative Court of Appeals particularly mentions:
“The Court of Appeals finds that the appeal is subject to taking into proceedings, since it is in line with the requirements set forth in Article 117.4 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and the grounds to return the appeal as foreseen by Article 117.6 of the same Code are absent.”
It is noteworthy that HCA Vanadzor office had sent a claim to the RA Administrative Court with a demand to recognize September 3, 2013 actions of RA President Serzh Sargsyan directed at joining the Customs Union as unlawful.
