The conscript, with the support of HCA Vanadzor, is appealing the Central Medical Committee’s decision to qualify him for military service

Today, on October 27, 2017, the examination of the appeal against the decision that was made regarding conscript T.M by the RA Central Medical Committee on January 30, 2017, proceeded at the RA Administrative Court.
It ought to be reminded that the conscript, who previously received military deferment for the same health issues, was qualified as fit for military service by the CMC in January, 2017. Disagreeing with the decision made, T. M. refused to serve in the military.
T. M. and his representative, HCA Vanadzor lawyer S. Soghomonyan, demand revoking the CMC decision.
During today’s court session, S. Soghomonyan made a motion to modify the grounds and subject of the appeal against the decision that the CMC made on July 28, 2016 with regard to qualifying T. M. as fit for military service.
The Court satisfied the motion and postponed the court session with the purpose of giving the absent Respondent an opportunity to state their position towards the petition.
