He presents his story in the letter, “Dear Mr. Sakunts, on 13.04.2012 I was convicted under Part 3 of Article 175 and Part 1 of Article 235 and am punished with imprisonment for 12 years and 6 months. I was convicted by ungrounded accusation without proving my guilt. The victim didn’t recognize me during the confrontation, the latter likened me for 70%, but failed to do so for 30% after being directly pointed by the investigator, they didn’t have me confront with other defendants. I was accused for having used a gun, which, in fact, doesn’t exist. I have appealed the court’s decision at all of the possible organizations. They don’t listen to me, I was forced to declare a hunger strike, so that I can make my appeals heard like this.”
