Today, the claim of HCA Vanadzor against the Ministry of Defence started to be heard at the Administrative Court.
HCA Vanadzor is claiming the number of obligatory military servicemen and servicemen on contract who died in the army in 2009, their names and addresses.
The ministry of Defence refused to give any information stating that the requred information is confidential according to RA MoD order “On the list of information subject to encoding.”
As mentioned Arayik Zalyan, the representative of the plaintiff, in the interview with A1+, they had submitted a solicitation to know whether or not the minister’s order was registered in the Ministry of Justice. However, the judge rejected it.
