Training for conscripts and their family members

On Saturday, January 24, 2014, HCA Vanadzor organizes training for conscripts and their family members. The training will take place in Yerevan city. During the training the participants will learn about the rights and responsibilities of conscripts and servicemen, about legal regulations related to conscripts’ rights protection, particularly more details of provisions of RA Law on “Military Service” as well as provisions of RA MD 410 Order that regulate the issue of military service suitability.
Reference will also be made to the protection of conscripts’ rights and the appeal mechanisms during the military service. In case of need, after the training session the participants will be provided with legal assistance and medical documentation will be studied based on need.
