Already for the second time today HCA Vanadzor staff visited the apartment of cadet Sipan Movsisyan, who died as a result of gunshot injury in RA MoD Military Institute named after Vazgen Sargsyan on June 1.
Dozens of high-rank military officials and cadets were gathered in the yard, including a number of high-rank officials from the city of Vanadzor together with the spiritual leader of Gugark Diocese, Revered Bishop Sepuh Chuljian.
When the staff of HCA Vanadzor made an attempt to talk with Sipan’s uncle and reveal certain details over Sipan’s death case, one of the gathered people, introducing himself as a family relation, tried to find out how he could be of help.
To the question, what he could specify over the case, he replied that at that point they were only up to organizational and funeral related issues.
By the way, the Organization’s staff were not only being watched by the aforementioned person, but also other people from the crowd, who were trying to oversee each step.
After being under the “control” of numerous people for about half an hour, the Organization’s staff approached one of the neighbors, who was entering her apartment, and tried to once again specify certain details. Minutes later, probably, Sipan’s fellow students, who were also cadets of RA MoD Military Institute named after Vazgen Sargsyan, surrounded the woman and tried to quit the conversation with the Organization’s staff, explaining that it wasn’t the right place and time for the conversation.
