Appeal on Hayk Kyureghyan’s case filed with Cassation Court
With the professional support of HCA Vanadzor and lawyer Mushegh Shushanyan, an appeal on Hayk Kyureghyan’s case was filed with the RA Cassation Court requiring that the latter found violation of H. Kyureghyan’s rights, remedied such violations, reversed the ruling of the Republic of Armenia Court of Criminal Appeals dated November 30, 2015 on upholding the judgment of General Jurisdiction Court of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts, Yerevan, dated September 15, 2015 and issued another judicial act on the merits of the case.
