In January of 2009 the organization got a positive reaction from the Ministry of Defence. The thing is that a mother of a recruit applied to the organization in November 2008 asking to protect his son’s rights who had health problems that were confirmed by the medical examination. However, according to the final results he was recognized fit for military service and was taken to the army. HCA Vanadzor applied to the Ministry of Defence for several times but no answer was received. Then on January 19 the Ministry of Defence informed that further examination of the recruit’s health was underway and that they would inform us later.
