Statement by HCA Vanadzor regarding an Internal Order given to the RA National Security Service and Police Personnel
06:31, March 2, 2012 | Announcements | PoliceAccording to reliable information possessed by Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly – Vanadzor, today, on March 1, 2012, the RA National Security Service and Police Personnel were given an internal order “considering the intricate situation” to be more alert in maintaining public order.
Herewith, the Organization publicly addresses the RA National Security Service and Police and requests to provide clarifications on the following.
- How is the “complicated situation’ characterized and what is it conditioned with?
- Who gave the relevant order and what kind of order was that?
- If there is no such order, then what is the reason for such an information leakage, which is also substantiated by the special work schedule of police officers?
