At the court hearing, the Court examined the existing evidence in the case, questioned defendant A. Petrosyan, who did not admit her guilt in her testimony as well, and stated that she had taken all the necessary measures and actions. Upon describing the admission of the children at hospital and the prescription of relevant treatment on the day in question, A. Petrosyan attempted to present to the Court and the parties the types of shock in medical terms mentioning that K. Hovhannisyan did not suffer any shock and there was no need to transfer her to the intensive care unit. At the next court hearing, questions will be addressed to A. Petrosyan regarding her testimony.
Since all the evidence were examined, the Court considered the motion filed by A. Petrosyan’s attorney back on the first court hearing, the examination of which was adjourned, and ruled to summon to the court another 3 witnesses.
Due to the heavy workload of prosecutor G. Aloyan, the court hearing was adjourned till May 4, 2016, 11:30 am.
At the next court hearing, the parties will ask questions to defendant A. Petrosyan and then hear the witnesses summoned to the Court.
