Compulsory Enforcement Service representative did not change his position on the claim

On March 27, 2017, the RA Administrative Court, presided by judge A. Darbinyan, resumed examination of Anush Poghosyan’s claim on declaring the absence of any legal relations for K. Paronyan, senior enforcement officer at Avan and Nor-Nork Division of Yerevan city, RA MoJ Compulsory Enforcement Service, to resume the enforcement proceedings of January 22, 2016.
The pre-trial court hearing was attended by plaintiff A. Poghosyan, her representative, Tatevik Siradeghyan, Lawyer at Yerevan Office of HCA Vanadzor, and Zhanna Mkrtchyan, representative of defendant RA MoJ Compulsory Enforcement Service.
Zh. Mkrtchyan, representative of defendant RA MoJ Compulsory Enforcement Service, expressed no new position on the change of the substance of the claim.
The Court also ascertained the scope of the legal acts to be applied and touched upon the distribution of the burden of proof.
Upon hearing the parties’ positions, the Court considered the case ready for trial and set trial examination date on April 27, 2017.
