On March 7, 2008, a discussion on the process of Armenian Presidential elections took place in the Parliament of the Netherlands. Several observers of the elections were present at the meeting, who presented the conclusions of the mission.
Katelijne Heringa and Guido de Graaf Bierbrauwer, representatives of the organization IKV PaxChristi made a presentation on the post-election situation in Armenia. They spoke about the arrests, the media vacuum and authorities’ actions to inhibit the activities of human rights organizations in Armenia.
