Declaration on bringing a criminal case against editor of the newspaper “Zhamanak” Arman Babajanyan on the fact of forgery of documents and army avoiding and bringing him illegally to the Prosecutor General’s Office shows that Armenian regime has gone beyond the limits which is not within the limits of legitimacy and morality and is out of human logics.

Why did they find falsifications in documents which were made 4 years ago, when every day there is forgery of documents in all structures drawn in corruption. This has only one explanation: a political order is given “to make” Arman Babajanyan’s personal “file” in order to stop another opposition newspaper. The mentality typical of KGB (National Security Service) is the reproduction of mentality and psychology of 1937 in Armenia, which is already in the 21st century and there is only one thing to say “Your rags and worn-out brains and skeletons will vanish by wind”. And it is surprising why he is blamed for forgery of documents if this person has never been an official and instead of taking actions against the official who had made the documents (of course, if it is right), they arrest a citizen who does not have the right to forge or give any document concerning himself.

This is the failure of the regime’s thinking. The person thinking of such steps, the one giving the order and the one who realized must probably be someone full of revenge. Robert Kocharyan will personally bear the responsibility of any action against Arman Babajanyan and there can’t be any way out but to release Arman Babajanyan. I don’t accept the regime, either, which has not a political direction but a direction of keeping the authority, self-realization through frightening, humiliating and keeping people silent.
