On the voting day of RA presidential elections held on February 18, 2013, HCA Vanadzor conducted a long-term observation in 50 polling stations throughout Lori and Tavoush regions and visited about 20 additional election precincts through 16 itinerant observers.
The data recorded during the observation mission and collected through the alerts received from the citizens over 61 election violations were reported to the RA Police by the Organization every 4 hours.
The claims states that during presidential elections held on February 18, 2013, the RA Police officials were in charge of duties, which they didn’t carry out. This entailed a number of election violations during RA presidential elections which remained unrevealed due to the inactivity of the RA Police officials.
