As we have already informed, on May 19, 2014, the Court of General Jurisdiction of Kentron and Nork-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan, RA, presided by judge A. Bektashyan, announced its ruling on the appeal by Artur Sakunts and Arayik Zalyan, representatives of Heghine Petrosyan, on the case of Hayk Movsisyan who was found dead at the remand center in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The court dismissed the appeal on the ground of Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RA.

We hereby present the ruling of the RA first instance court of general jurisdiction.
