The court again dismissed the appeal on recognizing Hayk Movsisyan as aggrieved party

Bektashyan, announced its ruling on the appeal by Artur Sakunts and Arayik Zalyan, representatives of Heghine Petrosyan, on the case of Hayk Movsisyan who was found dead at the remand center in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
Note that H. Petrosyan’s representatives applied to the Court to recognize Heghine Petrosyan as a party to litigation on the criminal case № 62202513, as well as to reverse the ruling of December 10, 2013 by the preliminary investigation agency on dismissing the criminal case and to oblige the agency to provide H. Petrosyan with copies of the materials of the case.
The court dismissed the appeal on the ground of Article 290 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RA and at the same time clarified that its ruling can be appealed to the RA Criminal Court of Appeals within 10 days after its publication.
