“According to this order, the police officer who shot Arman Yengibaryan to death, on June 15th, at Yerevan Garegin Nzhdeh Metro Station, was awarded with a“Pillar of Law” medal, and his colleague received a badge for excellent service.
According to the police, Arman Yengibaryan was suspected of a few cases of robbery crimes. SIS conducted an investigation connected with his murder and qualified the actions of the police officersaslawful”
