They Refuse to Provide the Decision to Close Case of Arman Yengibaryan

In investigation over the incident was underway at SIS, as a result of which the case was closed.
Two weeks ago Edmon Marukyan, advocate of Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, representative of Sergey Yengibaryan, father of deceased Arman Yengibaryan, applied to the investigator to obtain his decision to have the case closed. The advocate had also submitted a document, by which Sergey Yengibaryan provided Edmon Marukyan with a permission to protect his rights.
Today, the advocate told 1in.am that he has not received the decision to close the case as of the date.
